Accepted payment methods
Sumervela accepts the following payment methods:

Transaction security
All transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol. Bank details are processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment providers. Sumervela never has access to full credit card numbers and does not store them on its servers.
For credit/debit card payments, 3D Secure authentication may be requested by your bank to validate the transaction.
Prices and taxes
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including French VAT. No additional fees are added at the time of payment.
Payment process
The total order amount, including product prices and any applicable shipping costs, is clearly displayed before final confirmation. The charge is processed at the time of order confirmation.
Invoicing
An invoice is sent by email after the order is validated. It summarizes the purchased products, amounts, transaction date, and seller details.
No hidden fees
No additional fees (processing fees, handling fees, service fees) are added after the order is validated. The amount displayed at the time of payment is the total amount due.
Payment failure
In the event of a payment failure, the order is not validated. The customer is invited to check their payment information and retry. No products are shipped until payment is confirmed.
Refunds
In the event of a return or cancellation, the refund is issued to the payment method originally used, within the timeframes specified in the return and refund policy.
